Bosnia

warbuilding2.JPG
Over 10,000 killed, 40,000 wounded is Bosnia yet no one did anything about it for four years. American press had to lie, they wanted to report the truth but were unable to. We were to focused on the oil coutries in the middle east. Europeans did nothing either, and this all happened in the 90's. The landscape is beautiful and dramatic, it is difficult to imagine it as a war zone that once existed. There are some exhibits in a Turkish Madrasa in Sarajevo showing people running in the streets dodging sniper fire. There are still buildings such as this one where you can seem remnants of the past.

"The room is the beginning of architecture. It is the place of the mind. You in the room with its dimensions, its structure, its light respond to its character, its spiritual aura, recognizing, that whatever the human proposes and makes, becomes a life."
